The Agile handset from BT offers users a simple way to start taking advantage of the benefits of making VoIP calls. It is optimised to be used with BT's Softphone service (free download of the Softphone software available at BT.com) which allows users to make free calls to other softphone users, or anyone with a BT Broadband Home Hub and handset. The handset itself offers the familiarity of having a telephone handset, and allows the user to have conversations in private, rather than using PC speakers.
