Warranty

All our products, unless otherwise stated are brand new, factory sealed UK products. All of our brand new products come with a minimum guarantee of 12 months, with some products guarantees ranging from 2 years to a Lifetime.

Returns Policy

We offer a seven-day returns no-quibble guarantee on ALL products. This means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price of the item. The item must be returned in its original condition within seven days of the date you received the item, unopened and with any seals and shrink-wrap intact.

Shipping and Handling

All items are sent via Royal Mail or by courier for larger orders. Stock items will usually be despatched within 24 hours, and in most cases will reach next day, however please allow 2-5 working days (orders to Eire may take longer) to receive your order.
Occasionally, there are delays in the postal system, so your parcel could take up to 15 working days to arrive. Unfortunately, we cannot start tracing parcels until after this time has expired. If you still have not received your goods after the 15-day period, please contact us so that we can assist in the matter.

Currently we deliver to the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands), and the Republic of Ireland only.
